Indriya Golden Gain Program

The following FAQs and answers are simply a guide for customer convenience and do not constitute an offer to the customer nor terms and conditions of this program. We recommend that prior to enrolment in this program, you read the complete terms and conditions carefully.

A. Queries about Program

1.  What is Indriya Golden Gains Program? 

Golden Gains Program is a unique jewellery advance program offered by Indriya, a renowned jewellery brand. It allows customers to pay in advance a fixed amount every month and utilize the value of accumulated advance to purchase Indriya Jewellery along with discount as per the Program.

 

2. How does Indriya Golden Gains Program Work?

Customers can enroll in the Golden Gains Program by visiting any Indriya store or applying online from Indriya website. They must choose a monthly instalment amount which are advances towards purchase of jewellery and make regular monthly payments in their account. After completing the tenure of 10 months (i.e. 10 monthly instalments), they will receive a discount which, along with the accumulated advances can be used to purchase any Indriya jewellery.

 

B. Queries on Enrolment

 

3. Can I enrol online in Golden Gains Program?

Yes, you can enrol into the Golden Gains Program and open a new account online using our website www.indriya.com.

 

4. Is Golden Gains available in all Indriya stores?

Yes, Golden Gains Program is available in all Indriya stores across India. You can visit their nearest store to enroll for or inquire about the program.

 

5. Can I change my instalment amount after enrolment?

Once the first instalment is paid, you cannot change the instalment amount. However, you can open another Golden Gains Program account.

 

5. What is the Minimum amount of instalment

Minimum amount of instalment is Rs 2,000 per month. Instalments can be paid in multiples of Rs 1,000 only.

 

6. Who is a Nominee? Whom can I Nominate?

In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account. You can nominate any family member or friend under this plan. Minors cannot be nominated in this plan.

 

7. What are the documents required for the enrolment of Golden Gains Program?

For Enrolment of Golden Gains Program, a customer would need to share self-attested copy of Valid Photo Identity Card (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card etc). In case the monthly advance value exceeds Rs. 19,000, self-attested copy of PAN Card is required. Customer must share name of Nominee and relationship with customer.

 

C. Queries on Redemption

 

8. What can I buy at time of redemption?

You can buy your favourite jewellery article from our wide range of jewellery.

 

9. Where can I buy from?

You can buy from any of the Indriya Stores across India.

 

10. Can I redeem my Golden Gains Program A/c to purchase online?

As of now, you cannot redeem your account to purchase online.

 

11. What documents do I need to carry at the time of redemption?

You are required to carry your original acknowledgement of program opening/ payment acknowledgement along with valid Photo ID proof for redeeming your account as well as a copy of your PAN card if your planned purchase of jewellery is more than Rs. 2 lakhs in value.

 

12. Can I withdraw from Golden Gains Program before completing the tenure?

Yes, you can withdraw from the program before completing the tenure. However, the eligible discount offered by Indriya will proportionately vary depending on the no. of instalments paid. Discount will be applicable provided you have paid 6 monthly instalments on the due date and the redemption date is in 7th month from date of enrolment.

 

13. Can my friend / relative redeem on my behalf?

Only if you have nominated him/her at the time of enrolment, he/she can redeem the account on your behalf subject to completing the mandatory processes.

 

14. Till when can I redeem my account?

You can redeem your account within 360 (Three hundred and sixty) days from the account opening date. Beyond this period, a 24 Kt (999 purity) gold coin of equivalent value which you have accumulated in your account will be invoiced in your name and kept at the store where the program was entered into or store selected at time of online enrolment. Thereafter, the advances under this program shall stand closed.

 

15. How can I redeem my Indriya Golden Gains accumulated advances?

After completing the specified monthly payments, you can redeem your accumulated advances at any Indriya store by utilizing accumulated advances against a purchase of jewellery. Applicable discount amount as per the program will be adjusted against the total purchase amount.

 

16. Can I change the store selected for redemption?

Yes, post enrolment, you can change your store for redemption. You need to visit your desired store and place a request for the same.

 

D. Queries on Payment

 

17. What are the available payment options?

There are multiple payment options. You can pay through cash, UPI, debit card, credit card or net banking using National Automated Clearing House (NACH) or Post-dated cheque facilities at our showrooms. You can also make instalment payments on our website using your cards or net-banking. However, payment through international debit/credit card is not possible.

 

18. Can I pay using all debit/credit cards?

You can pay using any Indian Credit/Debit Cards (Master Card/ Visa)

 

19. How can I see my payment status?

Whenever you want to see your instalment payment status, you can sign in to the Indriya website (www.indriya.com) and go to the ‘Manage account & benefits' section to see your instalment payment details.

 

20. What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails due to any reason, you’ll not be led to the confirmation page. In this case, you need to try to pay again after some time. The Company will not be responsible for any payment failure due to any reason.

 

E. Other Questions

 

21. Can I transfer my Golden Gains Program account to someone else?

No, Golden Gains Program account is non-transferable. It is linked to your identification details provided at the time of enrolment.

 

22. Are there any additional charges associated with Golden Gains Program?

Since this is an advance payment program, there are no charges associated with the Golden Gains Program. Customers only need to pay the fixed monthly instalment amount they choose at the time of enrolment.

 

23. What is the rate of gold, other metals or stones applied on the jewellery item selected for purchase?

The rate of gold, other metals or stones applied on the item selected for purchase is the city-wise rate prevailing at the specific time of the transaction. The prevailing rate is an intra-day rate that depends on multiple factors including spot rate in the open market, freight, storage costs, overheads etc.

 

24. How can I check the status of my Golden Gains Program account?

You can check your account status, instalment payments, and discount amount by visiting any of our Indriya store or by contacting Indriya customer service or by checking your account status online.

 

25. Will I earn interest on my accumulated advances?

No, there is no interest earned on accumulated advances.

 

26. What will happen to my money if I fail to redeem within the stipulated 360 days?

On the 361st day from the date of enrolment, it will be deemed that you have agreed to purchase a default 24 Kt (999 Purity) gold coin of equivalent value to the accumulated advances and accordingly advance received under this program will stand adjusted. You must pick up the coin from Indriya Store within 36 months from the date of sale of gold coin. After this period, we will sell the gold coin on a best-efforts basis and attempt to send a cheque of the sale value less our costs for selling expenses and handling charges (as applicable) to the last known registered address of the customer in our records.

 

27. What happens if I miss a payment?

In case of delayed payment, discount under the program will be reduced proportionally with respect to number of days of delay.

 

28. Is there a minimum purchase value?

No, however the amount of purchase under this program should be greater than or equal to accumulated value of installments paid under the program plus applicable discount as per the program.

 

29. Will I get loyalty points for purchase under the program?

Yes, you will be eligible for loyalty points for Purchases made under the Golden Gains program.

 

30. Will I get additional discount if I pay installments before the due date?

Additional discount will not be offered if instalments are paid before the due date.

 

31. Is there a restriction on purity of jewellery that can be purchased?

You can purchase any Indriya jewellery (Gold/diamond/Polki jewellery) under this program. There is no restriction on purity of jewellery to be purchased.

 

32. Can Current/ Ongoing discounts be clubbed under this program?

Yes, current and ongoing discounts at store at time of purchase can be clubbed under the program subject to /terms and conditions.
